Exhibit Kiosk Amenities

This year, we have decided to make a change to our exhibit setup. Instead of the traditional exhibit booths, we will be utilizing exhibit kiosks. We believe this shift will bring several advantages for both exhibitors and attendees, and we wanted to provide you with some insights into this decision.

  • Enhanced Interactivity: Exhibit kiosks will enable a more interactive and engaging experience for our attendees. They can easily browse, explore, and interact with the exhibits in a more hands-on way.
  • Optimized Space: By using kiosks, we can make more efficient use of our available space, ensuring that each exhibit gets the attention it deserves.
  • Flexibility: Kiosks offer flexibility in terms of design and setup, allowing exhibitors to showcase their products and services creatively.

Thank you for your continued support of the Superintendents' Symposium!

Kiosks will look similar to the image on the left, and you will also have the option to rent a LCD monitor for your Kiosk through our event decorator, TriCord.

ACSA Partners have the option to reserve a LCD monitor at no cost. Please contact Kory Adams at [email protected] to reserve your complimentary monitor.

PLEASE NOTE:
The floor plan is linked below, and ACSA will reach out to each registered sponsor for their preferred Kiosk space in the order in which they registered.

Floor Plan

The standard exhibit space includes:

  • - One 8’ Tall Exhibit Kiosk
  • - 2 Barstools
  • - 1 Waste Basket
  • - Company Name Recognition on Kiosk
  • - 32” LCD Monitor (must request by 12/15)
  • - Recognition on Website and Event App
  • - Pre/Post Attendee List (no emails)
  • - 2 Exhibitor Name Badges

For planning purposes, please note that each Kiosk space will be 6’ from the next Kiosk space, and with a barstool on both sides of each Kiosk, this leaves roughly 2’ between each stool per Kiosk space. Please plan your exhibiting materials accordingly based on these specifications.

If you decide not to rent a LCD monitor, you can utilize the middle space of the kiosk to decorate as you wish. The size of the middle space is 38.25”W X 56.25”H.
